This is an original 1939 tipped-in color with gold gilt print that depicts the last communion and martyrdom of Saint Denis. Renaissance artists Jean Malouel and Henri Bellechose collaboratively worked on this religious piece, which is now in the Louvre.
Please note that the golden tones of this print shimmer in the light, although it be difficult to accurately perceive it with our digital image.
