This is an original 1941 color photolithograph of a painting of Don Manuel Osorio de Manrique Zuñiga. He was the son of the Count and Countess of Altimara. Goya was a Spanish romantic painter and printmaker regarded as the last of the Old Masters and the first of the Moderns. The submersive and imaginative element of his art, as well as his bold handling of paint, provided a model for the work of later generations.
