This is an original 1941 halftone print titled, "The General's Illness," originally painted between 1914 and 1915. Shown in the image is what appears to be a baseball mitt and target.

Giorgio de Chirico (1888-1978) was a pre-Surrealist and Surrealist painter born in Volos, Greece. He founded the art movement, Scuola Metafisica, and is known for his metaphysical and dreamlike images. De Chirico won much praise for his works, and is remembered for his early paintings from 1909 to 1919.
