This is an original 1944 black and white photogravure of the "pigeonnier" (pigeon loft) at Manoir or Château d'Ango which is near Dieppe in Normandy, France. The decorative pigeon loft tower in the middle of the courtyard (and the surrounding buildings) was built by Italian nobleman Jean d'Ango from 1530-1545.
