This is an original 1949 black and white rotogravure of Wentworth By-the-Sea housing unit in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. It is/was owned by James Barker Smith and housed the delegates who drew up the Treaty of Portsmouth that ended the Russo-Japanese War.
