This is an original 1956 black and white relief line-block map of Starlingrad: the Decisive Battle during World War II. This was a major and decisive battle in which Nazi Germany fought the Soviet Union for control of Starlingrad (now Volgograd) in the Soviet Union.

This 56+ year old Item is rated Very Fine ++. Light aging throughout. Small crease - bottom right corner. Original mailing center crease. No surface rub. No tears. No water damage. Please note this item is on a vellum stock. Also note there are 3 original mailing creases running from top to bottom in this map.
