This is an original 1967 two-color lithograph of "Untitled" by Ralph Arnold.

A native of Chicago, Arnold attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, The Hyde Park Art Center, Roosevelt University and the Art Institute of Chicago. Thereafter, Arnold enlisted in the Army and served in Korea. In 1969, he was hired as an assistant professor of painting at Rockford College. He also taught at the Country Side Gallery in Arlington Heights, Illinois, as well as the Hyde Park Art Center. Arnold was also a lecturer at the Art Institute of Chicago and was named the art department chairman at Loyola University of Chicago. Arnold also was a member of the North Shore Art League and a member on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Society of Artists. His works have been exhibited at The Benjamin Art Gallery, the Collage and Construction Show, the Chicago Craftsmen Exhibit, The Harper Gallery of Chicago and many more. Arnold died in 2006 at age 77.
