This is an original 1919 black and white print ad for the Oakland Sensible Six automobile. The Oakland Motor Car Company, based in Pontiac, Michigan, was founded in 1907, by Edward M. Murphy, who sold half of the company to General Motors in 1909. Murphy died about six months later and the remaining entities of the company were received by GM.
