The ad features an article titled, "Where the Canaries Sing Bass", by the famous comedian and author, "Bugs" Baer. He writes, "An ungrateful child is sharper than a serpent's tooth. But it is dull compared with a Gillette Blade, which is so keen that a giant lightning bug couldn't find its edge even if he had two tails."
