This is an original 1937 black and white print ad for the Savoy-Plaza Hotel, an apartment hotel that once stood on 5th Avenue along 58th to 59th Streets. This building, which overlooked Central Park, was razed and is now the site of the General Motors Building (one of the few buildings in Manhattan to take up a full city block).
