This is an original 1915 halftone print set (comprising one regular portrait print and an accompanying, unattached, smaller floor plan print measuring 4.5' by 7', both with no print on the reverse) of the apartments at 226 West 70th Street in New York City, designed by the architects Wm. L. Rouse and L. A. Goldstone. Rouse and Goldstone had also designed the Jarmulowsky Bank Building in New York in 1912.

CONDITION

This 96+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Moderate aging throughout. No creases. No natural defects. Some moderate surface rub. No tears. No water damage. Please note that this halftone print has a spackling of very small black dots throughout. There is also a second smaller page to this halftone set featuring a floorplan of the apartment building, and the smaller halftone print measures approximately at 5' by 7'.
