This is an original 1915 halftone print set (comprised of two double-sided pages with three portrait images and one landscape images, four pages all together) of the homes of Clayton Cooper in Riverdale, New York, and Dr. John E. Erdman of East Hampton, Long Island. Both homes were designed by H. T. Lindeberg of Albro & LIndeberg. The prints depict the exterior of the homes, and the floor plan of Erdman's home. CONDITION

This 96+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine+. Light aging in margins. Moderate wrinkling. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. No tears. No water damage. Please note that this is a halftone print set that comprises four pages (two pages, double-sided), with page numbers 21, 23, and 24 being in portrait-style (measuring at approximately 9.5' by 12.5'), and page 22 being in landscape-style (measuring at approximately 12.5' by 9.5').
