This is an original 1922 sepia rotogravure of Bolshevik propaganda. Shown in the top image is the entrance to the Third International Congress of Moscow. The middle image shows the murdered czar, Nicholas II, on the side of a train. The bottom image shows Lenin being ridden like a horse by a peasant who is using a whip on him. The caption writes, "Paintings on trains showing peasants and workmen attacking capitalists. it is an object lesson in the use of the knout to punish the so-called 'oppressors of the people.'"
