This is an original 1922 sepia rotogravure of President Woodrow Wilson addressing American troops at Chaumont, France (Republique Française) on Christmas Day in 1918. In the bottom image, the president and the mayor of Manchester, England are seen visiting the Cotton Exchange and ship canal.
