1929 Print YMCA Prospect Park Brooklyn Blueprints Architecture John F ARC5

This is an original 1929 halftone print set (large centerfold image with two halftone prints on the reverse side) of the Y. M. C. A. Prospect Park Branch in Brooklyn, New York. The architect for the building was John F. Jackson.

CONDITION

This 82+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine+. Light aging throughout. Moderate crease - center. No natural defects. Some moderate surface rub. Small tear - bottom left corner. No water damage. This is a halftone print centerfold set, being one article halftone (8' x 11', pg. no. 233), a regular halftone print (11' x 8', pg. no. 234), and a large halftone print on the reverse of the two attached aforementioned pages (and it measures 11.75' by 16.25'). Please note that this centerfold halftone print has a heavy crease horizontally across the center from where it was folded in the original publication. There is also a large tear from the right center corner the spans about 1.5' into the image. Please also note that all of the pages have print on the reverse due to being an attached 3-page set altogether.
