This is an original 1939 black and white photogravure of two statuettes from the back of the retable of Ambierle. On the left, Saint Anne poses with a miniature Madonna and Christ child in her right arm. On the right, Saint Margaret stands beside a dragon. Both pieces were created by a French artist from the School of Burgundy.
