This is an original 1939 black and white photogravure that depicts Saint Remi baptizing King CLovis of France in the font of Paris' Sainte Chapelle. It was originally painted by a mysterious Franco-Flemish painter (known as the Master of St. Giles) in a Late Gothic manner very reminiscent of Netherlandish works during that time.
