This is an original 1953 color print of a variety of 19th century Polish household furnishings and home decor by the Huzules of Eastern Galicia. The originals for the items featured were held in the Ethnological Museum in Vienna. 1., 4., 14., and 16. Majolica stove tiles (decorated tin glazed earthenware pottery with opaque white glaze) with engraved outlines, native to Sokal, Galicia, Poland. 2. and 3. Animal ceramic figurine. 5.-8., 10. and 12. Plates, dishes and bowls. 9. and 13. Majolica candleholder. 11. Painted wood carving of a church chandelier. 15. Glass painting in wooden frame.
