This 74+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging throughout. No creases. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. No tears. No water damage. There is a very light gray blemish on the bottom right corner of this ad. There are a few little black speckles down the right side of this ad. There is some fairly minor bleed through from opposite side of ad.
