This is an original 1920 black and white print ad for Bernarr Macfadden's Spine Stretching Apparatus which allegedly "makes old bodies young" by keeping spinal cartilage elastic and vertebrae in proper alignment. Another term for this invention would be "noose" as it appears to allow a person to hang themselves at home.
