This is an original 1883 black and white photolithograph of an engraving by William Hogarth (1697-1764) entitled "The House of Commons in Sir Robert Walpole's Administration" that portrayed Parliamentary members seated around Speaker Arthur Onslow in the debating chamber inside the Chapel of St. Stephen's during the Georgian era.
