This is a rare original 1888 color chromolithograph which depicts a variety of ornate home furnishings from the 16th and 17th centuries in Europe. The Italian Renaissance raised the artistic bar for craftsmen across Europe, each attempting to improve their workmanship and making excellent use of new techniques and practices.
