This is an original 1911 black and white print ad for the Hotel Chamberlin in Fortress Monroe, Virginia. The building has been converted to a retirement home for people over the age of 55. The first two floors maintain the original hotel feel. The hotel prides itself on being the Army, Navy and social epicenter at Old Point Comfort.

This 100+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging throughout. Small crease - right side. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. No tears. No water damage. There is some very light bleed through on this ad.
