This is an original 1919 fifteen-page (8 pages, 7 double-sided) article by Walter Prichard Eaton on remodeling the insides and outsides of old homes. Photographs courtesy of Edith Hastings Tracy and others with images of color drawings by Birch Burdette Long in conjunction with architect Aymar Embury II. Please note there is printing on the reverse. There is noteworthy blemishing and bleedthrough on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th page--all in the white space below colored images.
