This is an original 1928 halftone print of an image featuring elaborate parades and ceremonies succeeded the formal installation, or "stooling", of his highness, Kwaku Boateng II.

This halftone print also features the immense umbrellas, gaudily colored & tasseled, and the West African drums, as traditional symbols of authority.
