This is an original 1933 two-color heliogravure (comprising a black ink heliogravure with a color lithograph plate on top) of the frontispiece portrait by the French painter, etcher, and illustrator, Jules-Leon Perrichon (1866-1946) for the book Les Heures Claires by Emile Verhaeren (Éditions René Helleu, 1923). Please note the deckle edge on the bottom margin.
