This is an original 1941 eight-page (4 pages, double-sided) black and white print article by Rodman Gilder entitled, "Dan Rice, American Clown and Humorist Who Charmed Both Man and Beast", that is about American circus clown and entertainer, Dan Rice. Dubbed the "most famous man you've never heard of", Rice was more famous than any other circus performers of his day and even gained enough popularity to run for the President of the United States in 1868.
