This is an original 1922 sepia rotogravure looking across Halifax Harbor to Dartmouth. The image depicts the area where the steamer Mt. Blanc loaded with munitions on the French Line collided with the Belgian Relief ship, Imo. The image features an arrow where the Imo was thrown by a tidal wave caused by the collision.
