Karnebeek of the Netherlands; Minister Alfred Sze of China; Arthur James Balfour of Great Britain; Charles E. Hughes of the United States; Aristide Briand of France; Carlos Schanzer of Italy; Baron de Cartier de Marchienne of Belgium; Prince Tokugawa of Japan and Viscount de Alte of Portugal. The middle image shows the Giorgio Palace in Genoa, Italy, and the bottom image shows Carlos Schanzer of Italy, Sir Robert Horne of Great Britain, Lloyd George of Great Britain; Sir Worthington-Evans of Great Britain; M. Facta of Italy, and M. Barthou of France.
