This is an original 1938 black and white photogravure of a portrait painted by Renaissance Piero della Francesca of the most unusually featured Federigo da Montefeltro, Duke of Urbino. He had the bridge of his nose surgically removed after an accident to his right eye left him in need of a little more perspective. He was one of the major players in the Italian Renaissance because of his contributions to further Italy's culture.
