This is an original 1941 color photolithograph titled, "The House in the Woods."

Maurice de Vlaminck (1876-1958) was a French painter known for being a principal artist of the Fauve movement. Vlaminck often used gouache, pen and ink, and oil paint, predominantly in his images of landscapes and still lifes. He began painting in his late teens and studied under Henri Rigalon on the Ile de Chatou in France (Republique Française).
