This piece was illustrated by Hey, Jean. Artist name printed on page - bottom left of image.

An early Netherlandish painter who worked primarily in France, Hey is now identified as the artist formerly known as the Master of Moulins. The connection was made after an inscription on a damaged painting in Brussels mentioned the artist by name. It would seem that the Master of Moulins was a court painted for the Bourbon house, although his most well known work is the triptych at the Moulins Cathedral.
