This is an original 1878 black and white in-text wood engraving of a medal given to soldiers to repelled Dutch forces in 1653. It bears the arms from England, Ireland and Scotland an on the front depicts the battle and has the inscription:

For Eminent Service in Saving Y Trivmph Fiered in Fight Wh Y Dvch In Ivly 1653.
