Orson Byron Lowell
(1871-1956) Orson Byron Lowell was the son of landscapist Milton H. Lowell. He studied with H. Vanderpoel at the Art Institute of Chicago, later moving to New York where he found success in the field of illustration. His work appeared in The Century, ScribnerÕs, McClureÕs, Life, Puck, and CollierÕs. He also illustrated many books.
