This is an original 1908 halftone print of The Rajah's Birthday by Frank Brangwyn. Brangwyn was an Anglo-Welsh artist, painter, watercolorist, engraver, illustrator, and designer. At the age of 17, one of his paintings was accepted at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. This strengthened his idea to become an artist.

Frank Brangwyn

Sir Frank William Brangwyn (1867-1956) was a talented Welsh artist, painter, muralist, engraver and illustrator. During World War I Brangwyn designed a number of war posters. In addition to his commercial poster art, he illustrated a number of books, created illustrations for many American magazines, and painted some very well-known murals. He produced many works in watercolor and hundreds of etchings.
