The No. 8 edition was completed just days before the German occupation of Paris, France, and it took extraordinary efforts for copies to reach America. As a result of the ongoing war, it was decided that the theme would be the Nature of France, and each work of art, be they contemporary or Medieval, is a magnificent chef d-oeuvre that the modern Francophile will greatly enjoy.
