This is a small original 1910 black and white print ad for the Hotel Endicott of New York City. The Great Depression hit Hotel Endicott pretty hard, and the hotel began a swift decline until it closed in the 1970s. The hotel became a violent place to be in the '60s and '70s-- several people were murdered in the hotel.
