This is an original 1854 black and white in-text wood engraving of the SS Himalaya, a P&O steamship sold to the British Government in July 1854 for use as a troopship in the British Navy.
This 160+ year old Item is rated Very Fine ++. Light aging throughout. Small crease - top right corner. No tears. There is printing on the verso. Please note that the small white mark in the bottom right corner is just a reflection on the digital image -- it is NOT on the item.
