This is an original 1873 halftone print of a Congress Cooler, a casing packed with charcoal, made by Mr. A. M. Lesley, 224 & 226 West Twenty-third Street, New York. The partition B divides the compartment; C for holding Ice, wine, etc.; D for water receptacle, which has its outlet from the cock F; and E is a movable pan setting in at the top, in which can be place any small articles of food or drink.


This 138+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging throughout. No creases. No natural defects. No tears. No water damage. Please note there is print on the reverse, and some bleed through visible on this print.
