1879 Print Cheap Home Design Victorian Architecture James W. Pirsson MAB1

This is an original 1879 halftone print of an architectural sketch of a design for a cheap dwelling, costing $1,100 to $1,150, by architect, Mr. James W. Pirsson of 56 Wall and 59 Pine Streets in New York City. The sketch includes the front and side elevations and the floor plans for the first and second floors. Several of these houses were built at Kearney near East Newark, New Jersey.

This 132+ year old Item is rated Very Fine ++. Light aging throughout. No creases. No natural defects. No tears. Please note there is print on the reverse, and some light bleed through visible.
