This is an original 1880 black and white wood engraving of St. Peter's Basilica located in Rome, Italy. St. Peter's also has the largest interior of any Christian church worldwide. Both tradition and historical references indicate that Saint Peter's tomb is located directly beneath the altar of the Basilica.
