This is an original 1890 black and white in-text wood engraving of the Temple of Antoninus and Faustina which is an ancient Roman temple in Rome, Italy. It was adapted into the church of San Lorenzo in Miranda. The temple was built in the Roman Forum in 141 AD by Emperor Antoninus Pius. It is dedicated to the emperor and his wife.
