This is an original 1894 halftone print of Harrison Raising the American Colors on the "New York". This is a very interesting image that shows a man raising the American flag on what appears to be a dock of some sort with many other men standing around to watch. Almost every man is wearing a hat. The artist did a great job showing the weather by having the wind and rain going diagonally down. You can feel the weight of the image moving towards the right side because of this.
