Rambler Bicycle.
The Rambler Bicycle was manufactured from 1878 to 1900 by the Gormully and Jeffery Manufacturing Company in Chicago. This bike brand was created by Thomas B. Jeffery who later built the Rambler Automobile.
In 1897, Jeffery built his first car which sat on bicycle wheels. Three years later, when his Rambler Runabout was well received at auto shows, Jeffery sold his bicycle company and went on to build the Rambler Model A in 1901.
The Rambler Bicycle went on to be built by the the American Bicycle Company after purchasing Gormully and Jeffery in 1900.
