This is an original 1899 chromolithograph showing U. S. Army Infantry uniforms of the first decade of the nineteenth century.

Period Paper is pleased to offer an amazing collection of original chromolithographs of the United States Army and Navy, including historical images from the Revolutionary War to the Spanish-American War. These prints are in excellent condition, except as noted, and the colors are exceptionally bright and well saturated. The lithographed area of these prints, unlike most chromolithographs, is large format or folio size --9 x13 inches. They are each bordered with 1/8 inch gold or bronze metallic ink and an outer cream-colored margin which make these prints very well suited for framing and display.

This 112+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. No aging. No creases. No surface rub. No tears. No water damage. There is some light creasing in the right corners.
