This is an original 1901 black and white halftone print of "Hunchback Bridge Near Peking." Located near present-day Beijing, the Xiu Yi Bridge, known locally as the Hunchback Bridge, was constructed during the Qing dynasty on the southern end of Kunming Lake, where water is diverted into the Changhe canal for use in Beijing.
