This is an original 1901 black and white relief line-block print of Edward George Earle Lytton Bulwer-Lytton (May 25, 1803-January 18, 1873), 1st Baron Lytton, English playwright and Secretary of State to the Colonies. However, he best known for his dime-novels and for coining the phrase, "The pen is mightier than the sword."
