This is an original 1901 halftone print portrait of a child flower seller, dressed in a what appears to be a Little Lord Fauntleroy suit, from a photograph by Byrne & Co. Block by The Clarke Engraving Co., Ltd. (Please note that there is printing on the reverse.)
