This is an original 1902 black and white halftone print of "The Palace Square, Copenhagen." This image captures the courtyard of Amalienborg Palace, known as the Amalienborg Slotsplads, as it appeared in the early twentieth century. The Palace is the winter home of the Danish Royal family and is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. It features four identical façades surrounding an octagonal courtyard, at the center of which is an equestrian statue of King Frederick V, founder of Amalienborg.
