This is an original 1902 halftone print set (comprised of one portrait halftone, three landscape halftones, and one larger landscape centerfold-style halftone print) of the residence of Mrs. Sara E. K. Hudson of New York. The architects of the building are Brite and Bacon. The prints feature the interior and exterior of the building. Please see additional images.

CONDITION

This 109+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Moderate aging in margins. Moderate crease - center. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. 1/2 inch tear - center. No water damage. Please note that this is a halftone print collection comprising one portrait halftone print (9.5' by 12.5', no print on reverse), three landscape halftone prints (all 12.5' by 9.5', no print on reverse), and a large centerfold-style halftone print (18.5' by 12' with print on the reverse). Please note that the centerfold-style print has a heavy vertical crease in the center due to the way the print was folded in the publication binding, and there are also two staple holes in the center.
